Available Internship Positions:
- Front Office Intern: Assist with guest check-in/check-out procedures, handle reservations, and provide excellent customer service at the front desk.
- Housekeeping Intern: Learn about housekeeping operations, including cleaning procedures, inventory management, and quality assurance.
- Food and Beverage Intern: Gain experience in restaurant operations, banquet services, and food preparation under the guidance of our experienced culinary and service teams.
- Guest Relations Intern: Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and complaint resolution, while providing personalized service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Sales and Marketing Intern: Support the sales and marketing team in promoting the hotel, managing social media channels, and coordinating events and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate in hospitality management, culinary arts, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to learn and grow in your chosen field.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on departmental needs.
- Previous hospitality experience or related coursework is preferred but not required.
