We are currently looking for an upbeat Front Office Agent to join our city hotel in Athens
Life Gallery.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome the Hotel guests, provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guest, so
as to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service from
arrival till departure.
• Conduct in room & hotel familiarization and assist guest in hotel enquiries/ requests/
activity.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel information and local services, including
operating hours, promotions, events, attractions and any allied information to respond to
guest queries.
• Process accounts from check in to check out, ensuring accurate postings of all incidental
charged using Front Office system.
• Maintain the privacy of all guests by ensuring that no details of the guests are disclosed.
• Sell guests rooms to walk in guests. Oversee the achievement of team up selling targets.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of the hotel’s policies, operating procedures and
service standards and have full knowledge of the hotel facilities and events.
• Prepare customer’s account and guest’s history.
• Assist in dealing with customer complaints in an effective manner providing solutions as
quickly as possible.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination
with other departments.
• Bookkeeping and Finance duties (balancing cash accounts, end of shift reports etc.)
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests and colleagues.

Ideal candidates should have:
• Degree in Hospitality.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Office Agent in a 5-star/Boutique hotel.
• Knowledge of Protel PMS.
• Excellent knowledge and use of the English Language.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for Excellence.
• Prioritize, organize, perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and
accuracy and follow up.
• Understand guest’s service needs.
• Friendly and hospitality focused.
• Team player.
• Digital savvy.
• Sales skills.
• Initiator and self – motivated personality.
• Night shift availability.
